I provide relational therapy to individuals, couples, and other relationship formations. I meet my clients with a warm and safe space to explore who they are, why they are, and what is in the way of thriving in their relationships with themselves and others. I believe the most powerful aspect of therapy lies within relationships, including the one between client and therapist. My work is based on a genuine, respectful and trusting relationship – and the understanding that each of us is the foremost expert in ourselves.
I help guide my clients past the obstacles that block them from success, contentment, and peace of mind. Every person comes to me with their own unique needs, and I tailor my sessions to provide them with effective therapy that is individualized and nurturing.
If you're struggling with relationship difficulties, repeating old patterns, or would just like to feel more authentic and whole, I invite you to reach out and see if working with me could be a good fit.
